ITM Run for Fun

Once in a lifetime every fitness enthusiast should run a race even if it’s a 10km / 5km. Make this as one of your bucket list items this Monsoon.

Welcome to the second edition of ITM RunForFun that covers picturesque locale of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

The course runs across the beautiful colosseum  like water fountains, mountainous landscapes and water falls of pandav kada embedded in the luxurious green belt especially after the monsoons. And to add to the beauty of the place, the route will see wonderful students of ITM Management Institute cheering you all throughout the route.

For our second encounter along with the 5k Fun Run, we will have 10k run with Timing Chips.

The run starts and finishes in front of the ITM Management Institute, Kharghar .

Every participant will get Hot Breakfast, Finisher Medal, Finisher Certificates and T-shirt. There are some exciting Prizes for winners of 10k Race.

5Km Fun Run:

Date: 24-Sep-17

Start Time: 7.00am

Assembly Time: 6.30am

Venue:  ITM Management Institute, 25 & 26 Institutional Area, Sec – 4, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

BIB Collection Date and Time: 22^nd and 23^rd Sept 2017 from 9am to 7pm.

BIB Collection Venue: ITM Management Institute, 25 & 26 Institutional Area, Sec – 4, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

By entering the race, you agree to abide by these conditions of entry and any race instructions given to you by the organisers and officials of the ITM RunForFun.

Entry Fee: All entry fees are non-refundable.


Medical Condition: All participants are strongly advised to consult their doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme or running event.

It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure they are medically fit to participate in the event.

ITM shall arrange for the availability of an appropriate number of first aid kits according to the nature of the event.

Use of Image: By entering the ITM RunForFun you give permission for the free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast telecast, advertising, promotion or other account of this event.

Collection & Use of information: I acknowledge and agree that my personal information ( including medical information entered on my race number of collected by event staff during or after event) can be sorted, used and disclosed by the organisers in connection with the organisation, promotion and administration of the event and for the compilation of statistical information.

Race Number: For safety reason and primarily for identification by medical staff.

The swapping of race numbers is strictly prohibited.

Participants must complete their details and sign the Race number prior to the event.

Any participant who is found in breach of these terms and conditions will be excluded from future events. Please do not put someone else at risk.

Event Cancellation: the event will only be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. In such an eventually all participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.

The organisers entire liability in resects of all costs and expenses you may incur as a results of such cancellation or delay will solely by the entry price you have paid to take part in the ITM RunForFun event.
