ROTARY BORIVLI MUMBAI DAUD 2018
 
Rotary Club of Borivli is pleased to announce its much-awaited annual event MUMBAI DAUD.
Being a non-profit social organization working towards various social causes and upliftment of underprivileged sections, we make sure this event is aimed at bringing welfare to society.
 

In this series, this year’s Mumbai Daud is dedicated to addressing the scenario of literacy in our society. And so the event is appropriately titled Mumbai Daud – Run for Literacy.
 

This fund-racing marathon will support the noble cause of providing education to underprivileged children and strengthening the literacy scenario in our society. This will include free coaching program, teacher training modules, toilet building in needy schools and scholarship assistance initiative.

You can be a worthy contributor to our endeavor by being a participant in the marathon and/or by availing the various sponsorship opportunities on offer. It will give you the satisfaction of doing something worthy to address the literacy issue in our society. As sponsors, this will also give your brand a solid exposure and applause for associating with a noble cause.

Payments
Offline Registration is carried out at selected places. Also can do at
Ashwin Gala: Mahavir Optics, C-4, Shop No.01, Manek Nagar, Market road, Near Ajanta Square, Borivli ( west ) Mumbai 400 092.
Online banking and credit card payment option is available.Incomplete Postal Entries Incomplete entries i.e. not without payment of fees will be rejected. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple entries.
 

Closing Date
Mumbai Daud entry will close on 20th February 2018 or when the limit of participants for each category is reached.
BIB Collection
will be held on 24th February 2018 from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm at Sailee International School & College, Gorai Road, MHB Colony, Opp MHB Ground, Borivali(W), Mumbai – 400092. if any query call
 

Running vest / T-shirt
10K Run participants will be given a timing chip & T-shirts.
5K Run participants will be given T-shirts.
2K Dream Run adult Participant can wear their own company/NGO dress & Kids Run participants will wear their school uniform during the run.
 

Certificate of Participation 
Certificates will be provided to all participants. Medals Runners in 10K Run competitive categories who complete the run within the prescribed time will be awarded a Finisher Medal. Winners Age Verification All Cash Prize winners must produce their identity card or Passport for age verification
 

Safety
Participants are required to run on the road except as directed by the race marshall/official or police. Unauthorized vehicles are NOT allowed to accompany the runners. Participants are NOT allowed to be on the running route after 9.30 am.
Waiver of Liability and Declaration
The participant had read and understood the rules and regulations pertaining to his / her participation in Mumbai Daud Marathon.
The Participant agrees to abide by all the rules as laid down and will not claim any damage from the organizer in the event of an accident, injury, or death which may arise before, during or as a result of participation in Mumbai Daud Marathon.
I understand that there will be no any refund in the event where Mumbai Daud Marathon has to be postponed or canceled under any unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & Conditions
Age Qualification Participants who are below 18 years old as on 25th February 2018 are required to have parent or guardian’s approval and signature on the entry form.
Registration Procedures There will be absolutely no refunds on registration. Registration fees are non-transferable.
Your registration is only valid upon full payment of participation fees.
