Sports: A way of Life
Sports is a way of life at Tata Steel and we are committed to provide a healthy work environment to it's Stake holders.
6th edition of Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run-a-thon will be organised on 10th November 2019.
REGISTRATION OPEN ONLY FOR 6500 PARTICIPANTS “ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS” REGISTRATION CLOSES ON OCTOBER 21, 2019
Note:
- Only Indian Nationals are allowed to participate.
- Availibility of requested T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed.
RACE CATEGORIES / ENTRY FEE:

10 Kms Men & Women (15 years and above) Rs. 700
7 Kms Men & Women (15 years and above) Rs. 500
5 Kms Boys and Girls 12-16 years (born between 10-11-2007 and 10-11-2003) Rs. 250
PAYMENT MODE:
1. Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque (payable at Jamshedpur)
Note: Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of “Tata Steel Limited.” payable at Jamshedpur. Also write your full name, race category chosen and contact number on the reverse of Banker’s Cheque / Demand draft.
2. For on-line registration payment to be done by using Credit/Debit cards and Net banking.
REGISTRATION MODE:
1. For Physical Registration, forms are available at JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur from 1st October to 21st October 2019 (except Saturday & Sunday). A copy of Birth Certificate to be attached with the registration form.
2. For On-line Registration, Please visit http://tatasteeljsr-run.com & click on Register. Please attach birth certificate.
3. Please collect receipt of payment, against which a goodie bag will be provided.

Rules / Event Conditions
Note:
- Only Indian Nationals are allowed to participate.
- Availibility of requested T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed.
ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES:
1. An applicant can apply for only one race.
2. Duplicate application of same participant will be rejected.
3. All participants must enter JRD Tata Sports Complex through Gate No. 6, 7 (Straight Mile Road) & Gate No. 8 (Near Baug-E-Jamsheed School, Court Road) only and report at Handball Training Centre Court (Hold up Area).
4. Elite Runners please mention your previous best time of race category (Please attach performance certificate of your previous best time).
5. Participants will be allotted different color coding BIB numbers as per race category / distance.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. All confirmed participants must collect their goodie-bag containing T-Shirt, RFID BIB Chip, Instructions Manual, Route Map & Refreshment Coupon from Sports Department, JRD Tata Sports Complex from 6th to 8th November 2019 from 09:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and 02:30 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. Outstation participants can collect their goodie-bag on 9th November 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Note: Participants are not entitled to claim Goodie Bag beyond the distribution date / time as mentioned above.
2. Please present the following for collecting the goodie bag at distribution counter:-
a. Original payment receipt for non on-line registration.
b. Receipt / SMS / Email for on-line registration. (Forwarded message will not be entertained)
c. Birth Certificate (Matric / Municipality / Notified Area / BDO/ Aadhar Card (having DD/MM/YYYY)) should be provided on demand by Boys & Girls U-16 on the day of run.
3. First Aid and Drinking Water will be provided by the organizer.
4. Refreshment to be collected from Archery Ground, JRD Tata Sports Complex.
5. All Finishers in 10 Kms (Men within 80 minutes & Women within 90 minutes) will be awarded with medals.
6. After verification of Final results prize money will be transferred to the Winner’s Bank Account.
7. Maximum 6500 participants will be registered on “first come first serve basis”. Registration will be closed after attaining the figure of 6500 participants.
