EVENT INFORMATION
The TspIndia 10k Jammu is the Jammu’s premier 10K featuring the Jammu’s leading track and long-distance runners and Jammu’s best, along with thousands of Jammu's running enthusiasts
The Seasons Play is a Multi Sports event company with an aim to provide a healthy lifestyle through various initiatives & events & promote tourism in the far flange areas of J&K. We at The Seasons Play have successfully organized & managed various sports & fitness events across INDIA like Patnitop Hill Marathon, The Seasons Play Marathon, Badminton Tournaments & SMVD katra half marathon.
The TSP 10K Run Foundation was established in the year 2021, under the leadership of many social elites of J&K, with the following objectives: Bring the city together irrespective of the socioeconomic status of the populace. Promote health, fitness and sports among the people & drive home the idea that ...“Every Step Counts”

Time: 5 AM to 8:00 AM
Objective: A Unique initiative for the health & benefit of locals, visitors and run against Drugs
Distance: 10 KM, 5 KM & 3 KM
Open 10k
• It's a Timed run
Note: All registered runners will get a goodie bag with BIB, T-shirt, Timing Chip, Aid and Nutrition along the run route. Post Race Breakfast and other amenities, as applicable. Finishers medals after completion of the run.
Age limit: Above 14 years as on 24/09/2022
Open 5K
Note: The 5K run also is timed. We encourage families also to participate in a bid to adopt a healthy lifestyle. It provides a platform to runners to push themselves. This one is no less demanding and requires adequate training.
Age limit: Above 7 years as on 24/09/2022 with parental consent.

Senior Citizens 3k
The Senior Citizens’ Run category is a non-timed, participate category. Timing certificates will not be issued for this category.
Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 60 years of age (born on or before 24.09.1962)
