Online:
Only those individuals who are fully vaccinated (at least two doses) with COVID-19 vaccination approved by WHO can apply for the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run A Thon 2022; a vaccination certificate certifying the same must be uploaded while applying for the race. Such confirmed participants can collect their running bibs from the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run A Thon Expo (15th to 19th November 2022).
Prevailing health advisories and mandatories as prescribed by the Central/State Governments shall apply.
Offline:
Only those individuals who are fully vaccinated (at least two doses) with COVID-19 vaccination approved by WHO can apply for the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run A Thon 2022; a vaccination certificate certifying the same must be attached while applying for the race through offline registration form. Such confirmed participants can collect their running bibs from the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Run A Thon Expo (15th to 19th November 2022).
Prevailing health advisories and mandatories as prescribed by the Central/State Governments shall apply.
Refund Policy:
Once applied, no requests for refund application fees will be entertained, under any circumstances.
Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.

- I have read the COVID-19 regulations published on the Event website and understand the same.
- I agree to abide by the Event Rules and with the directions of the officials and their personnel.
- I understand that participation in this event is at my own risk and I accept full responsibility for obtaining adequate skills to negotiate and avoid the hazards on the course.
- I will comply with all the directions given on the entry form, confirmation letter, race pack information and pre-race briefing.
- I am fully responsible for my personal belongings at the event.
- I am in sound physical condition and health, capable of safely competing in the event, and am not aware of any medical condition to the contrary.
- By competing, I accept all risks flowing from my participation which could result in loss of life or permanent injury or damage to property.

We collect your personal data and other information when you register yourself as a Participant for any of the events promoted by Tata Steel Limited or when you otherwise interact with us.

When you create an account and/ or participate in Tata Steel Limited promoted events or otherwise interact with us, you provide us with information such as your Identity data name, email address, phone number, residential address (including photographs, video grabs, TV footage etc),
Financial data, Technical data, Statistical data, Medical Data Demographic data and Such other data that shall be incidental to your previous and present actions.
Tata Steel Ltd or any authorised third party may process your personal data for the following purposes, out of which one or more purposes may apply simultaneously.
- To facilitate participation/registration
- To facilitate, record and publish participation confirmation, results and race timings
- To record and display performance of a participant
- To televise/film/record/photograph the event footage and publish the same for legitimate purposes, including sale of photographs to participants.
- To deliver the applicable published gratification like Certificates/ Medals/Prize Money/ Products etc.,
- To send regular Event related updates/information
- To advertise/ promote to you present and future endeavours of Tata Steel Limited and/or brands and products associated with Tata Steel Limited
- For the purpose of data analysis
- For logistics and operational purposes
- For security purposes
- For legal purposes
- For health safety purposes
- For promotional purposes of Tata Steel Limited promoted Events (present and future)
- For accounting purposes
- To send Event related communication to the participant through WhatsApp
- For compliance with the COVID-19 related rules/regulations/guidelines/protocol as laid down by the Central Govt. and/or the State Govt. from time to time, and for adhering to event related guidelines.
- For allied verification purposes, wherever required
