⚠️ IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION & SAFETY INFORMATION

By registering for Brandy’s Pet Run – Season 1, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. Participation is voluntary and entirely at my own risk. I am responsible for deciding whether I am physically fit and suitably prepared to participate.

2. This is a recreational fitness challenge, not a competitive professional sporting event. Participants may run, jog or walk with their dog at their own pace.

3. I understand that physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to fatigue, dehydration, falls, injuries, illness, adverse weather conditions, traffic/road hazards and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. I am responsible for taking appropriate precautions based on my age, fitness level, physical condition and any pre-existing medical considerations. If in doubt, I should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

5. My dog’s participation is also voluntary and at my responsibility. I confirm that my dog is suitably fit for the activity and I will monitor its condition throughout the challenge.

6. I will not force my dog to continue if it shows signs of fatigue, discomfort, distress, overheating, injury or illness. I will stop the activity and seek veterinary assistance where necessary.

7. I will ensure my dog has adequate water, rest and appropriate care during participation, particularly in hot or humid conditions.

8. I will follow all applicable local traffic, pedestrian, public-space and safety regulations while participating.

9. I will keep my dog under proper control at all times and follow applicable leash/public-space requirements.

10. I am responsible for my dog’s behaviour and agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent aggressive behaviour, accidents, nuisance or harm to people, animals or property.

11. I understand that Brandy’s Pet Run does not provide medical or veterinary supervision during individual participation, unless specifically stated for a particular organised activity.

12. Participants are responsible for arranging their own medical assistance, veterinary care, transportation and emergency support, wherever required.

13. The organisers, partners and associated service providers cannot guarantee that every participant will complete the selected distance and completion of the challenge is subject to individual capability and circumstances.

14. The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the challenge or any part of it because of weather, safety concerns, operational issues, force majeure or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

15. Any distance/activity submitted for the challenge must be genuine and completed by the registered participant with their registered dog. Participants should not submit fabricated, duplicated or manipulated activity records.

16. Participants are responsible for ensuring that any photographs, videos or other content they submit do not infringe the privacy, copyright or other rights of any third party.

17. By participating, I agree that photographs/videos submitted or captured during the event may be used by Brandy’s Pet Run / Brand Verse for legitimate event communication, documentation, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to the applicable consent provided during registration.

18. I understand that registration does not constitute a guarantee of prize, ranking or recognition, except for the benefits specifically mentioned in the official challenge terms.

19. I understand that medals, certificates, T-shirts and goodies are subject to the applicable registration category and fulfilment terms communicated by the organisers.

20. I agree to follow the official Rules & Regulations, challenge guidelines and instructions issued by the organisers from time to time.

🚨 Emergency & Safety

In case of any emergency, injury, illness or distress involving me or my dog, I will immediately stop participating and seek appropriate medical/veterinary assistance.

Brandy’s Pet Run shall not be responsible for medical, veterinary, personal injury, loss, damage or other consequences arising from voluntary participation, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Total Fee paid is non-refundable.
